GOOD FEED at home


This recipe makes a great base for your dog’s primary diet. It offers essential amino acids and plenty of healthy fats necessary for normal bodily function, as well as sufficient fiber to keep your dog’s digestive system working efficiently. It uses the ancestral canine diet as a guideline, which is 80-90% meat, and 10-20% low-glycemic, non-starchy, fibrous vegetables.

INGREDIENTS:
4 lb. Ground Meat*
1 lb. Chopped Veggies**
1 cup of Bone Broth or Water

DIRECTIONS:
1. Add 1 cup of bone broth or water to a stockpot or oven safe baking dish.
2. Add meat.
3. Cook on your stove-top for approx. 10 mins on medium heat. Or cook in your oven for approx. 20 mins at 350°.
4. Clean and chop your veggies.
5. Mix veggies directly into pot or dish while meat is still hot.
6. Cool before serving.

Store in airtight container in refrigerator for up to 4 days.

Store in vacuum sealed pouch in freezer for up to 1 year. Thaw to room temperature before serving.

*Ground poultry cook to 165°F; ground beef, pork, lamb, bison cook to 160°F

**Choose low-glycemic, non-starchy vegetables. E.g. cauliflower, broccoli, carrot, kale, curly parsley, zucchini, mushrooms. etc.

Avoid grains, legumes, tubers.
